1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ds88play website located at ds88play.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "ds88play," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ds88play Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ds88play services, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to your ds88play account:

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ds88play reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on ds88play. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ds88play login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ds88play immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ds88play shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ds88play may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ds88play accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your ds88play account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ds88play reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. ds88play processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the account holder. ds88play reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on ds88play are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ds88play does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ds88play may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ds88play bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• ds88play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ds88play Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all ds88play games:

• All games on ds88play use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ds88play's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• ds88play reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has concluded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• ds88play shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, disconnections, or interruptions during gameplay, except where such failures are directly attributable to ds88play's own systems.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ds88play Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ds88play Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ds88play staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug must be reported and will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ds88play Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ds88play or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ds88play Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ds88play content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Responsible Gaming

ds88play's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ds88play account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ds88play makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Account Termination and Suspension

ds88play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

You may close your ds88play account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
